
Sometimes, the signs of distress are right in front us, but we don’t even notice them.
Even before the devastating Covid-19 Pandemic, many of us– myself included– didn’t tend to our own well-being as effectively as we should have.
Undoubtedly, this challenge has become more exaggerated during these highly-stressful times we are trudging through.
Friends, don’t forget to take some time for yourself to recharge– mentally, physically, socially.
A little self-maintenance can go a long way.
